KAZ Software started its life in 2004 in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

What started out as an effort to help a silicon valley startup build their product within budget ended up as the full fledged software outsourcing house.

The "get it done" approach

A software system is only a solution when it is deployed and is working. At KAZ we believe in providing a "complete" solution. We believe in getting things done - doing whatever is necessary in the process to make the system a solution. Thus if a system requires data, that the client has in paper form, before it can be put to use, we would arrange for data entry work ourselves. We bring together all levels of support from initial designs to quality assurance and maintenance, but we leave it to the client to choose the type and level of support needed.

The process

KAZ uses mature software development process for all projects. Depending on the size of the project our process is adapted to find an optimal result. We are great admirers of the agile process but realize that for a large project appropriate adaptation must be made to make the process useful. Most of our projects are done on an iterative spiral development model.

It is one aspect of a project that we stress on the most. We aim to introduce all of the key members of the off-site team to the client and to make it possible to communicate with any members for even the most trivial of issues. This is because we feel that no issue is actually trivial in software development work.
