We claim to be Dhaka’s most developer friendly software company.  We continuously try to maintain an environment that is friendly (have you recently told your project manager how clueless he is?), Adda placeinformal (e.g. you are free to wear shorts at work or walk barefooted), fun (have you played indoor cricket at work recently? Or been to a company party – all expenses paid 4 day trip to Cox’s bazaar?), knowledge oriented (we have weekly seminars of technology, mentoring is a big priority for all team members) and above all - creative.

Meeting RoomWe have a great working environment at our new office space "Nirvana" – totally custom designed for a software development company. From color selection to furniture orientation we have been very careful to create an environment that actively enhances the knowledge exchange and collaborative nature of our work.Zen View

 

We have our own "rec room" to relax, strongly colored meeting rooms to encourage bold decisions, aquarium to calm our senses, table tennis to burn energy. A concierge service takes care of mundane tasks that we find so difficult to do. "Project Khana dana" ensures that we are never hungry!

Working at KAZ

You don't need to be a CS major to work here, but you need to be ridiculously smart and you have to like getting things done.Dev Room If you think you can write a search engine like google if you just had the time and resources, then you probably are a good fit for us! You will architect, write code, and guide the junior developers. Technology / language should not be a big issue for you, whatever comes your way you should be able to learn and adapt. Typically used technologies at KAZ are C++, .NET (C#, ASP.NET), Java (various Java frameworks like Struts, Spring, etc.), XML, XSLT, SQL Server, Stored Procedures, HTML, CSS 2.1, and Javascript, Lotus Notes. We are very serious about writing good code -- code that can be maintained and re-used. We are dead serious about being professional in our delivery.
