Our technical team represents more than 300 years of software development experience. We are a very mixed group with expertise ranging from device driver developments to stylesheets. On the technology preference front we are equally varied, revolving our lives from Java to .NET to objective C to C++ with occasional dips into something more unusual like Erlang or sleeping!

Peace

Teams work in a very flat hierarchy with individual teams deciding their own process within a flexible general guidance. This helps teams to adapt to work at hand and also, we believe, provides far better intrinsic motivation within the team than a rigid and general process. Creative work requires a special kind of work culture. We are very careful to maintain a culture that helps attract talented people and helps them achieve their best performance. This culture starts from workplace structure to operating principles of the development teams.

About 2000 sq. meter of high quality, air-conditioned software development space consistent with our environment requirements. Generator backup with on-site fuel storage for 3 days, with secondary generator to support core system requirements in case the main backup generator fails. Daily backup process with offsite storage. Regular complete disaster recovery drill. Internet connection with dedicated bandwidth over main submarine cable with VSAT backup. High spec development machines working on a fully networked environment. Server farm with high availability setup.
