Toga Zembera needed to replace freight and financial workflows being handled through spreadsheets and manual processes with a centralized digital system. Logistics organizations needed to manage goods receiving notes, containers, shipments, invoices, payments, customer advances, credit limits, and outstanding balances while maintaining separate workspaces for each organization. Existing Excel data also needed a practical route into the new platform without forcing teams to recreate operational records manually.

Kaz Software designed TogaOS as a multi-tenant cloud platform where each organization operates within an isolated workspace with role-based user access. The system brings GRNs, container management, shipment tracking, invoicing, payment recording, credit management, reconciliation, and reporting into one environment. Excel upload capabilities help organizations migrate and process existing operational data, while WhatsApp Business API integration automates customer notifications for goods received, invoices, shipment updates, payment receipts, advance approvals, balance reminders, and cargo status updates.
