• Course delivery
Most organisations already own SCORM courses. Moving to a new LMS shouldn't mean rebuilding them.
✓ Upload SCORM 1.2 or 2004 zips as they are. Each module becomes its own unit, so learners see progress module by module.
✓ Courses play in the order their author set in the SCORM file.
✓ Courses you built in HTML5 are tracked too, using a small tracking kit.
✓ Units unlock one after another. Orientation units can stay open to everyone.

• Assessment
A quiz only proves something if the score is real. Grading happens on the server, so a learner can't edit it in the browser.

✓ Limit attempts and shuffle questions, so answers are harder to copy.

DTCLMS is built with React and Next.js. It supports SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI and HTML5, imports your organisation structure from HR data, and exposes every feature through a documented REST API with scoped keys, a request log and OpenAPI export. Other systems connect through that API.

DTCLMS protects your content from upload to playback. Every file is checked for type and size, and course packages are screened for path traversal and zip bombs before extraction. Courses then run in sandboxed iframes under a strict content security policy, covering the OWASP Top 10 risk areas.

Bcrypt-hashed passwords, short-lived access tokens and single-use rotating refresh tokens in httpOnly, Secure cookies.

Case study: an LMS inside a national compliance platform

For a maternity-protection programme in Bangladesh's garment sector, we built a compliance platform with an integrated LMS. Factory focal points take courses in a learning hub, while national admins, factory admins and assessors work in their own web portals and a mobile app. A team of 11 (UI/UX, web, mobile, backend, database and QA) built it with Vue.js, Flutter, Laravel and PostgreSQL.

Can the LMS run in Bangla?

The tutor answers from the content of the course the learner is taking. AI-drafted quiz questions go to an instructor for review, and nothing AI-drafted is published without a person approving it.
