Top LMS Development Companies in Bangladesh (2026 Guide)
Disclosure: Kaz Software publishes this guide and is one of the companies in it. We list ourselves first because it is our list, not because we scored ourselves highest. Every other entry rests only on that company's public pages, read on 12 October 2026. We have not tested any competitor's product or spoken to these companies.
Search for an LMS development company in Bangladesh and you will find three kinds of vendor: firms that build a custom LMS around your training rules, firms that configure Moodle, and firms that sell a ready-made LMS script. They solve different problems, so the right pick depends more on your brief than on any ranking. This guide covers seven companies, says what each one publicly offers, and notes what we could not verify.
How we chose and checked these companies
The company is based in Bangladesh or has a Bangladesh office.
Its own website describes an LMS or e-learning offer.
At least one public page gives something checkable: a feature list, a case study, a price or a partner status.
We did not score or rate anyone. The order is editorial: Kaz Software first (our list, disclosed), then the others alphabetically.
We left out companies whose LMS page had no readable content when we checked.
Details come from each company's own pages, so claims such as team size or partner status are that company's statement, not ours. If a fact below is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

The seven companies
1. Kaz Software (our list, disclosed)
Kaz Software has built software in Dhaka since 2004. For learning projects it offers two routes: start from DTCLMS, its own AI-enabled LMS, or build a custom LMS around your rules. DTCLMS plays SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 courses as they are, tracks HTML5 courses, stores xAPI statements in a built-in learning record store, and delivers courses in Bangla or English. Admins can assign mandatory courses by department, role or hire date, with reminders, manager escalation and a completion matrix. Learners get verifiable certificates, and an AI tutor answers from the course they are taking. Kaz also built a compliance platform with an integrated LMS for a maternity-protection programme in Bangladesh's garment sector; the client is not named. See the custom LMS development page for details.
Best for: organisations that must prove who finished mandatory training. Check first: we do not publish prices yet and the case-study client is not named, so ask for a demo with your own content and for references.
2. ADDIE Soft
ADDIE Soft Ltd lists offices in Dhaka, London and Wilmington, Delaware, and sells general custom software. Its public LMS case study, published on 1 August 2024, covers a learning platform for the Agrosor Micro-Enterprise Program of the Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF). It describes courses, learners and mentors in one place, mobile-first multilingual access, role-based dashboards, quizzes, assignments, webinars, forums and progress analytics, and says the platform supports capacity building for 100,000 micro-entrepreneurs. Source: ADDIE Soft LMS case study.
Best for: NGO and development programmes that need large-scale, mobile-first training. Check first: the LMS is one case study among many services, and the page does not list technologies or standards support such as SCORM or xAPI.
3. bdtask
bdtask lists a Bangladesh office in Khilkhet, Dhaka. Its Edutask LMS is a PHP script sold on CodeCanyon with admin, faculty and student panels, payment gateways, language settings and optional mobile apps. Its page lists $139 for a regular licence and $325 for an extended licence, each with six months of support and lifetime updates, and says custom projects are available through its contact form. Source: bdtask Edutask LMS.
Best for: a quick, low-cost course marketplace. Check first: the page does not mention SCORM, xAPI or compliance tracking.
4. Brain Station 23
Brain Station 23 is a large Dhaka software company. Its site says it was founded in 2006 and has 800+ engineers. Its LMS page describes services for education, corporate training and enterprises, states Moodle partner status, and gives rough timelines of 8 to 12 weeks for a basic LMS and 3 to 6 months for an enterprise one, with prices from $5,000 for small institutions. The site also lists ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 2 Type 2 and CMMI Level 3. Source: Brain Station 23 LMS page.
Best for: larger organisations and Moodle-based projects. Check first: these figures are the company's own statements, so ask which team would build your project and for a written estimate.
5. Dnet
Dnet's e-learning page describes a full-cycle service: an LMS built from scratch, adapted from an off-the-shelf product, or added to an existing system, with learning paths, quizzes, gamification, social features, analytics and compliance reporting. The page states more than 20 years of e-learning experience. It names no clients or certifications. Source: Dnet e-learning solution.
Best for: organisations that want custom e-learning content and an LMS from one provider. Check first: the page names no clients, so ask for references.
6. Riseup Labs
Riseup Labs is a Bangladesh software company that says it has 12+ years of experience and 200+ published apps. Its LMS page lists a learning management system, a learning experience platform (LXP) and a SaaS LMS, and shows one case study: e-learning at scale for IFES. It displays logos of international organisations, but the page does not tie those logos to specific LMS projects. Source: Riseup Labs custom LMS page.
Best for: mobile-first learning products. Check first: ask which of the logos relate to LMS work, and ask for a live demo.
7. Tirzok ERP
Tirzok Private Limited, based in Gulshan, Dhaka, says it started business in 2018. Its e-learning module covers courses, embedded video, quizzes with attempt and time limits, certificates, badges, reports and a trainer marketplace, and connects to its ERP modules such as sales and accounting. It says it will customise features on request. Source: Tirzok e-learning management system.
Best for: companies that want training inside an ERP they already use or plan to buy. Check first: pricing and standards support such as SCORM and xAPI are not stated.
Which type of vendor fits you?
If you need | Look at | Because |
Proof of who finished mandatory training | A custom or compliance-focused LMS | Assignments, reminders, escalation and a completion matrix matter more than a course catalogue |
A course marketplace on a small budget | A ready-made script | Cheapest and fastest, but customisation is limited |
Moodle's open-source ecosystem | A Moodle partner | Plugins and community support, with configuration and upkeep to plan for |
Training inside your ERP | An ERP vendor with an LMS module | One login and shared data |
A large programme for field staff | A vendor with a comparable public case study | Mobile access and multilingual support at scale |

Frequently asked questions
Who are the top LMS development companies in Bangladesh?
This guide lists seven: Kaz Software, ADDIE Soft, bdtask, Brain Station 23, Dnet, Riseup Labs and Tirzok ERP. The order is editorial, not a score, and Kaz Software is listed first because Kaz publishes the guide. Which one suits you depends on whether you need a custom LMS, a Moodle build, a ready-made script or an LMS inside an ERP.
How much does it cost to build an LMS in Bangladesh?
Public prices are rare. bdtask lists a ready-made LMS script at $139 to $325 per licence, and Brain Station 23 says projects start from $5,000 for small institutions. Custom builds depend on user roles, integrations, content migration and languages, so ask each vendor for a written estimate against the same requirements list.
How long does an LMS project take?
Brain Station 23 states 8 to 12 weeks for a basic LMS and 3 to 6 months for an enterprise one. Starting from an existing platform usually means less to build, because the core modules already exist.
Should I choose a custom LMS or Moodle?
Moodle is open source and flexible, but it needs configuration and ongoing upkeep. A custom LMS costs more to start but can follow your own training rules, such as compliance assignments and escalation. Compare both against your requirements list before you decide.
How can I check an LMS vendor's claims?
Ask for a live demo using your own SCORM package, two references you can call, and a written estimate against a fixed requirements list. Treat team size, partner status and timelines on any vendor page as that vendor's own statement.
